From the menu and wording we were expecting a more authentic Italian meal. It seems more like expensive kebab shop food. Not for us and probably would not order again

Ordered received in good time. Food was tasty and warm and food intolerance was catered for. Side order was missing on initial delivery but rectified within minutes. Great service.

The wrong pasta was delivered, I was hungry so I didn't complain and have to wait ages on another order being sent out. Ordered tagliatelle and got penne instead.

About 6 small meatballs in the meal. Soggy frozen chips, different burger meat and no sauce. Used to be my favourite takeaway in paisley, no more

Placed an order at 9;45 on a Friday evening, to get a phone call 10 minutes later. Man says he is from “Dario’s and we’re shut, you’re not getting your order.” I asked about a refund. He said “we’re shut, you get refund tomorrow”. I wasn’t happy and wanted my refund straight away seeing as they took my money straight away, and then I can order from somewhere else. The man refused and hung up. No apology nothing. This is the second time we’ve had issues with this man and sadly this will be the last time we will ever use Dario’s.

Unfortunately I got the wrong order delivered to my door,,,accidents do tend to happen,,,but the delivery driver left it at my front door,,and left I then phoned the shop to sort the issue but no answer,,about 10mins later,,someone from the shop contacted me,,,and realised the issue,,,and apologised

Only wish the driver would of shut the gate causes problems with neibour

I do not know how to express my feelings, but the owner/manager was an absolute angel. This was my very first order and got very confused about how things works. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Next time I will be more careful with ordering, so I do not cause a problem. The food was amazing!!!

Darios pizza is always delicious and it was again this time. There was an issue when our order arrived (one of the pizzas was the wrong type) but it was solved easily after a phone call with a replacement pizza delivered very quickly. This type of service is why we will continue to order from Darios.

Ordered pastas and pizza. Pizza was superb, great flavour, nice and moist. Pastas were week-cooked in superb sauces.
